HOW DO I BOOK A MASSAGE?
You can schedule an appointment online or by calling or texting Unclouded Day directly by phone.
HOW DO I CANCEL A SERVICE THAT I’VE SCHEDULED?
A booked massage can be canceled by logging into your account on the website, or by calling Unclouded Day. Please be aware of our late cancellation policy. We respectfully request at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or rebook your massage appointment. We charge 50% of the reservation made to the credit card on file to compensate our time for missed wages when there is a last minute cancellation.
WHAT IF I AM NOT AT THE LOCATION AT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME?
If you miss your appointment or arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled service start time, the service is automatically canceled and the full price of the scheduled service is charged to the credit card on file. To ensure a relaxing experience, and get the full benefits of the massage, we advise clients to be at location 10 minutes prior to the scheduled session to allow adequate time for set up.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY MASSAGE?
Make sure to drink an adequate amount of water before-hand. Also make sure to clear or setup an adequate amount of space in the environment you have chosen to provide space for the table as well as space to move around it.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Members can cancel their recurring membership at any time after the mandatory 90 days by providing notice through either a phone call or through written notice after a session with signature stating the desire to cancel. Only the member or the members emergency contact can cancel the membership unless under certain extenuating circumstances which information can be provided by calling or by in-person communication with Unclouded Day. All contact information can be found under the contact us page on our website as well as the bottom of each webpage.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO USE MASSAGE CREDITS?
Membership credits can accrue indefinitely until a Membership is canceled or until the start of a new calendar year (January 1st) in which all unused credits will expire. Unused massage credits will continue to accrue (i.e., roll-over month-to-month) as long as your membership remains in place until the new calendar year. You will have 3 months from the date of cancellation to use any unused massage credits before they expire. No refunds are issued for unused credits that expire.
CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
At this time we do not have the ability to freeze memberships, however through communication by phone or in-person and extenuating circumstances, Unclouded Day may be able to work something out to help clients temporarily stop it or cancel if needed.
DO YOU ACCEPT GIFT CARDS?
Yes, we accept gift cards for Unclouded Day- Massage and Wellness through our own gift cards for services and products. Gift card terms and conditions do apply which are posted when purchasing.
DO YOU PERMIT MINORS TO USE SERVICES?
Yes, Unclouded Day offers services available to minors between the ages of 13 and 17. Minor use of services requires the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, and a parent or legal guardian must be present during the massage.
ARE SERVICES AND PRICING SUBJECT TO CHANGE?
Yes, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. Memberships continue at pricing of the original agreed upon amount. Any changes to membership pricing will not affect those with active memberships at the time of change. Paused or canceled memberships will be changed to new pricing if reinstated or continued.
WHAT IF I’M NOT FEELING WELL?
If you are feeling sick or unwell prior to the start of your scheduled massage, we encourage you to cancel your appointment. It is the responsibility of each individual in keeping both the massage therapist and other clients safe. If you begin to feel sick during your treatment, please let your Massage therapist know immediately. If sick or unwell and you do cancel, the cancellation fee will be waived once a year, however; any cancellations after the once a yearly sick cancellation will be charged according to our cancellation policy.
